Welcome to Celestial Cleaners, where we fight stains so you don’t have to! We love making your clothes fresh, clean, and ready for action. But let’s set some expectations, shall we?

1. No Refunds, But We Believe in Second Chances – Once we’ve worked our cleaning magic, we don’t offer refunds. However…
2. Two Free Do-Overs! – We get it—sometimes even superheroes (or dry cleaners) need a second shot. If you’re not thrilled with our work, we’ll redo it twice, free of charge. Third time? Well, at that point, your garment might just have trust issues.
3. Lost Socks? Mystery Solved. – We’re not responsible for any items that mysteriously vanish in your laundry. That includes socks, that one favorite t-shirt, or the occasional “where did my chapstick go?” situation. (Pro tip: Check your pockets before dropping off your laundry!)
4. Fabric Fragility: Not on Us! – We treat your clothes like royalty, but some fabrics have a mind of their own. If something falls apart during cleaning, we can’t take responsibility for pre-existing conditions, weak stitching, or rebellious sequins.
5. The Six-Month Rule – We’re not a storage unit! If your clothes are still hanging out in our shop after six months, they’ll be donated to someone who will love them more than you apparently did. (No take-backs.)
6. The “Oops, We Lost It” Policy – On the rare occasion that a dry cleaning item disappears under mysterious circumstances while in our care, we’ll reimburse you up to 10 times what you paid for the cleaning. But, if your cleaning was complimentary, well… so is the compensation.
7. Store Credit, Not Cash – If reimbursement applies, it’ll come in the form of store credit, because we’d love to keep you looking sharp and coming back for more!
8. Stain Removal is an Art, Not a Guarantee – We’ll do everything in our power to banish that red wine stain from your white silk blouse, but some stains are as stubborn as a toddler refusing to nap. No promises, but we’ll try our best!
9. Dropping Off = Agreeing to Our Policy – By leaving your garments with us, you agree to these rules. So, let’s keep it friendly, keep it clean, and keep those clothes looking fresh!
